For finance managers

Close the billing run in hours, not days

You raise every invoice, settle every dispute and chase every late payment. Stockist captures the work as it happens so your invoices are complete, provable and already in your accounts.

What changes for you

Sound familiar?

“Month end takes me days.”

A draft invoice for every client on the last day

In development

Billable work is captured as it happens and priced from each client’s rate card. At period end you review the exceptions, approve, and you’re done. No collecting counts from the warehouse, no rebuilding the spreadsheet.

Sound familiar?

“I can’t prove the charges, so I credit them.”

Every invoice line opens the work behind it

In development

Click a charge to see the deliveries, pallets, orders, dates and people that make it up. Disputes are settled with evidence, and corrections are made with credit notes so the record always stands.

Sound familiar?

“I retype every invoice into Xero.”

Approved invoices go straight to your accounts

In development

Invoices are exported with VAT to your accounting package, and payment status comes back where the package supports it. Nobody rekeys anything.

Sound familiar?

“Chasing bad payers is a separate job from the warehouse.”

Credit holds the warehouse enforces

Available now

Put a client on hold with a reason and deliveries and despatch stop at once, while storage carries on. The client sees a polite standard message; your notes stay private. Overdue invoices alert you, and you decide.

Sound familiar?

“Rates live in contracts, emails and spreadsheets.”

One rate card per client, with dated changes

In development

Each client’s rate card is cloned from your standard rates and lives on the client account. Price changes take effect on the date you set, and manual charges above your approval limit need sign-off.

Questions

Which accounting packages will Stockist work with?

Invoice export to Xero and Sage is planned first, as they are the packages most small UK 3PLs use. Tell us which package you use when you apply for early access; it shapes the order we build connectors in.

Can Stockist handle our storage charging rules?

Storage can be charged daily, weekly on a chosen weekday or monthly, on the high point, the value on a set day or part-period, for any type of pallet or container. A per-location and a per-pallet charge can sit on the same rate card.

I’m an external bookkeeper for a 3PL. Is Stockist for me?

Yes. Stockist produces consistent, evidence-backed invoices that post straight to your client’s accounting package, so month end looks the same for every 3PL you look after.
